It happened in Newton Falls, on Miller-Graber Road around 11:00 last night. Police say the Newton township police department was engaged in a foot pursuit, and an officer parked his car on the tracks to chase after the suspect. The cruiser was then hit by the train, OSP and the Newton Township police department is investigating the incident. Fortunately, no one was injured. |
