Looking for home in Newton Falls

We would like to rent or rent with option to buy/land contract in the Newton Falls Area (possibly Braceville, Paris, etc)
Our landlord wants to sell where we live now and since it is an hour from my employment, we have decided to seek closer to work.
We are both employed adults (50 and 47) with one adult child (23).
We are interested in a house as we have 1 dog (outside) and 2 cats indoor/outdoor. A place that needs work is fine.
